CX Company is delighted to announce it has been voted as runners up in the category ‘Automating Customer Support’ in the UK National Innovation Awards 2019.
After submitting a written entry in the beginning of 2019, CX Company was shortlisted as one the four finalists in the prestigious award category ‘Automating Customer Support’, which rewards innovators for driving global change and transformation. Following the written entry, each finalist was required to submit a video to showcase its capabilities and demonstrate how its automated solution helps customers get their jobs done.
The judging panel consisted of 110 customer-, operational-, and digital-centric leaders, all from leading brands in the UK. Given the tough competition from well-known and established market leaders, finishing as runners up is an incredible achievement!
