What you’ll be doing
You will be a developer on DigitalCX, our customer engagement platform. It’s a system where knowledge management Machine Learning and NLP all come together. Our goal is to roll out this platform worldwide so we need the scalability that can process thousands of interactions per second. And since our clients are large corporations, there’s a great emphasis on security to make this runs smoothly.
We’re an international, high skilled Microsoft team at heart. .NET 4.7, Azure Cloud, RavenDB, everything is RESTful via Web API. Everything is on Azure with tight security for our international corporate clients. We work using Git, Jira, Visual Studio Team Service and SonarQube. So get ready to SCRUM and be part of our team!
Who you are
You like setting your teeth into hard tech problems. You’re up for a challenge, you like to experiment and scalability is in your blood. You’re proactive, creative and appreciative of team effort. You are experienced with DBs, IIS with large numbers (>2 million call / day), you can debug, are familiar with multithreading, security and you love tight deadlines.
Sure, you can’t be an expert on everything so that’s why we encourage you to be a lifelong learner. Your input, ideas and feedback are always valuable to our CTO so we encourage you to gain knowledge and share your input.
> An education in IT (or IT-related).
> work experience as a .NET developer.
> .NET Framework 4, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, C#.
> RESTful services.
> Integration/unit testing.
> Knowledge about cloud (Azure, AWS or other).
> Need to be knowledgeable about design patterns, best practices, code quality and coding guidelines.
> Experience using source control like GIT, TFS or other similar software.
> Machine learning experience (nice to have).
> Docker containers and Kubernetes experience is a plus.
> Fluent in English (main language of the team).
> Good communication skills.
> Good team player.
