Albert Heijn introduced the Allerhande chatbot via Facebook Messenger. This chatbot will send anyone who wants a recipe of the day. It also makes it easy to find a recipe that fits your taste, or what you have in the fridge. And of course you can ask this chatbot anything you want to ask Albert Heijn. If the bot has no answer, a live service representative will take over automatically.

The Allerhande chatbot is part of Albert Heijn’s strategy to inform,  inspire and help their customers using new technologies that are easy to use and are easily accessible for their customers.

This chatbot came to live through our partner Makerstreet, who developed it with DigitalCX, our conversation platform.
